Tetra Tech Beats Long-Running Nuisance Suit Over Superfund Site

Tetra Tech defeated a lawsuit brought by dozens of current and former San Francisco homeowners over alleged toxic and radioactive contamination at a former nuclear testing site. Judge James Donato said the plaintiffs did not allege injuries covered by the Price-Anderson Act. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted summary judgment and dismissed the consolidated case.
